Pancakes with minced meat
Ingredients: 3 spoons of butter , 125 g flour, 250 ml milk, 2 eggs, salt,pepper, 1 onion, 2 spoons sunflower oil, 350g mixed minced meat, 1 tomatoe can(425ml), 2 spoons of provance spices mixture, 4 spoons of butter
Procedure: Mix dissolved butter, flour, eggs and salt to make smooth dough for pancakes. Leave it for half an hour. Peel an onion and cutt it in small cubes. Stew on hot sunflower oil a bit. Add minced meat and stew for couple of minutes. Chop tomatoe and add to meat together with its sauce. Cover and leave to stew on smoulder fire for about 20 minutes. When sauce is ready, rouse it, add pepper and mixture of provance spices. On butter bake 4 thin pancakes. When ready fill them with sauce and throw over. Decorate with onion rings.
Filled onion baskets
Ingredients: 4 big onions, 100g champignons, 4 spoons of butter, 250g minced beef, salt, pepper, 3 spoons of cooking cream, 2 spoons of parsley, 125ml of instant soup, 3 spoons of bread crumbs
Procedure(preparation time : 45 minutes): Peel of onion shell and cook in salted water for 15 minutes.Cut one side and carefully gutter hole in the middle of it to get "baskets". Mince half of guttered onion. Wash mushrooms and cut them in thin slices. Fry on butter and add onion and meat. When it is ready, add salt, pepper, cooking cream and parsley. Heat oven at 180°C. Fill onion baskets with mixture, put in fireproof pot and pour with soup.Bake covered for 35 minutes. Fry bread crumbs on butter and spread over onion baskets.
